A mass exodus of Christians is currently underway. Millions of Christians are being displaced from one end of the Islamic world to the other.
We are reliving the true history of how the Islamic world, much of which prior to the Islamic conquests was almost entirely Christian, came into being.

In 2003, Iraq’s Christian population was at least one million. Today fewer than 400,000 remain (http://www.persecution.org/2011/10/31/remembering-iraq%E2%80%99s-displaced-christians-one-year-after-baghdad-church-massacre/)http://global.fncstatic.com/static/v/all/img/external-link.png—the result of an anti-Christian campaign that began with the U.S. occupation of Iraq, when countless Christian churches were bombed (http://www.meforum.org/2878/iraq-christians-persecution)http://global.fncstatic.com/static/v/all/img/external-link.png and countless Christians killed, including by crucifixion and beheading.

Now, as the U.S. supports the jihad on Syria’s secular president Assad, the same pattern has come to Syria: entire regions and towns where Christians lived for centuries before Islam came into being have now been emptied, as the opposition targets Christians for kidnapping, plundering, and beheadings, all in compliance with mosque calls telling the populace that it’s a “sacred duty (http://www.spiegel.de/international/world/christians-flee-from-radical-rebels-in-syria-a-846180.html)http://global.fncstatic.com/static/v/all/img/external-link.png” to drive Christians away.

In Ethiopia, after a Christian was accused of desecrating a Koran, thousands of Christians were forced to flee their homes (http://www.foxnews.com/world/2011/03/24/thousands-christians-displaced-ethiopia-muslim-extremists-torch-churches-homes-2057387870/#ixzz2SSF8T1xb) when “Muslim extremists set fire to roughly 50 churches and dozens of Christian homes.”
In the Ivory Coast—where Christians have literally been crucified—Islamic rebels “massacred hundreds and displaced tens of thousands (http://www.assistnews.net/STORIES/2012/s12080114.htm)” of Christians.
In Libya, Islamic rebels forced several Christian religious orders (http://www.asianews.it/news-en/Islamists-chase-nuns-from-Libya,-people-pray-for-their-return-27021.html), serving the sick and needy in the country since 1921, to flee.

religion of peace my ass, Jahil.

true.
AND to add to that. In Iraq the Christians were safer under Saddam Hussin than under the the U.S provisional gov't or the new Muslim dominated Democratic Iraqi Gov't. Many Christians have/are leaving because of the pressures and abuse. that has sprung up since they were "liberated"

In Syria many of the Leading/Rich Syrians are Christians and are concerned that if Asad Goes the exact same thing is going to happen there. Asad is Bad but he's not an Sharai law fanatic. they say if your not political you didn't have to many issues with the state.

Egypt and Libya the similar.

I told all you guys the Arab spring was not a democracy movement, rather it was a muslim surge movement heading towards a Caliphate. I stated that when it first started. Only now are some catching on to that truth. -Tyr

Very much like how Jews fled Germany in the early 1930's

I am sure Jafar is smiling and very giddy over the news

Jahil never did discuss his comments about only taking information on the Holocaust from The Red Cross, AFTER they decided it had actually happened after all. He's been oddly silent on that front.

I am sure Jafar would rather have the Christians taken to the camps. That way they could never return to his neighborhood

Yeah, they were safer under the specter of iron maiden torture devices, human meat grinders, poison gas attacks, etc. You leftists may love to live like sheep, but not everyone shares that aspiration.

Furthermore, that relative safety Christians enjoyed in Iraq had nothing to do with the inherent benevolence of Islam, it had to do with the iron hand rule of Saddam, who would not allow Islam to pursue its natural course of mass lunacy. So WTF does it have to do with this discussion about Islam-Christian relations, other than to allow in another leftie talking point?

taft. People like Rev. never want to let go. They always have some excuse, or reason to justify declaring Bush a war criminal by trying to CONVINCE THEMSELVES...Saddam....really wasn't such a Bad Guy. Even if he managed to kill his people...like Assad is doing today.
But then. Rev. would probably volunteer to go and stand before Hamas, armed with AK-47's, and sing "WE ARE THE WORLD". While dodging FULL METAL JACKET...non-discriminatory shells that WHISTLE..."WAR, WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?"
