The liberal media is starting their Pity Party for their guy as he continue to stumble and get busted in lie after lie

During a report on Monday's NBC Today about the Benghazi and IRS scandals wracking the Obama administration, a headline on screen wondered if they were the result of "Obama's Second Term Curse?" White House correspondent Peter Alexander lamented: "Fewer than four months since his ambitious inaugural address, President Obama is facing significant political obstacles.... Some observers are already asking if Mr. Obama is falling victim to the second term curse."

After Alexander detailed second-term problems for past presidents, "From Watergate to Iran-Contra, even Bill Clinton's impeachment," a sound bite followed of NBC's liberal presidential historian Michael Beschloss offering this bit of advice to Obama: "The presidents who have weathered these crises best have been those who do not let themselves get distracted."

Alexander began the report by declaring: "These days the White House would like the focus to be on immigration reform and improving the economy, but again today, driving the day, the issue of the Benghazi tragedy and misconduct by the IRS....A pair of growing controversies now dominating the discussion in Washington."

On Sunday's Today, co-host Lester Holt used the same talking point: "The White House is under fire this morning in the wake of those leaked e-mails about the Benghazi talking points, the attack in Libya, and the IRS apologizing for inappropriately singling out some conservative groups, like the Tea Party, for extra scrutiny. Is it the dreaded second-term curse?"

Holt was very careful in noting: "Taken together on the surface, you can see how these two instances can be viewed by some as political."

Appearing on the program to discuss the impact of the scandals, Meet the Press moderator David Gregory worried: "I just think it's – part of it is just the atmosphere in Washington at the time when the President's trying to get immigration done. He'd like to get a budget deal."

No surprise about NBC, or any other network. Of course. We'll never hear them speak the truth about how BOTH OBAMA TERMS cursed this entire nation by playing fast, and loose with the uneducated, easily-led, selfish Americans who only care about THEMSELVES, and have no problem stealing from WE THE PEOPLE who pay all the bills.
All at the Direction of our LIAR-IN-CHIEF!

They know Obama is in deep trouble and the wagons have been circled

red states rule. Don't think BUBBA's comin' out for ObamaR this time. I do believe, after hearing his BS Press conference today. He's preparing to throw the HILLY ONE under the White House Bus on Benghazi.

Remember. Obama kept his part of the bargain after the election, and made Hilly the SECSTATE.
So now. When the little boy in the White House feels the Heat creeping closer, and closer.

With the liberal media he was not caught lying or covering things up. He is the victim of racist Republicans trying to exploit insignificant occurrences for political gain

There is NO SUCH THING as a Second Term Curse. That excuse dreamed up by the Obama MSM is nothing but a method they use to cover for their Loved-One in the W/H, which is designed to take any, and All responsibility for whatever is happening...away from the actual PERP...Namely...Obama.

The MSM is as blind as those like Obama, and the people around him. They must, and do, always make up their own excuses for everything related to Obama...which removes any MSM responsibility to report HONESTLY...even when they know Obama is Lying.

They'd rather save him for Hillary's campaign, she's gonna need it. Besides, Bill hates Obama. If he can keep Hillary separated from him, he'd be more than happy to see Obama crash and burn.

The clown the WH sent out to defend Obama must have a very low opinion of the American people. How anyone can but what he was selling is beyond me

Dan Pfeiffer, a White House Senior advisor, attempted (http://www.politico.com/blogs/politico-live/2013/05/pfeiffer-defends-handling-of-irs-scandal-164308.html) to defend the Obama administration’s handling of the IRS scandal on today’s Face the Nation. Pfeiffer claimed it wasn’t a ‘real’ scandal and said, “What would be an actual real scandal in Washington would be if the president had been involved or had interfered in an IRS investigation”.
He explained that the White House followed a cardinal rule of operations by not interfering with a private investigation.

"You do nothing to interfere with an independent investigation and you do nothing to offer the appearance of interfering with investigations," Pfeiffer said. Once informed, the White House officials responded after they had the facts, he said.”
As we all remember from last week, the White House and President Obama claimed they knew nothing of the investigation into the IRS targeting tea party groups until recently.
Pfeiffer once again claimed that the White House was waiting for all the facts. “It's important to get out there fast, but it's important to get out there right.”

Pfeiffer said the White House is remaining focused and will not going to let Republicans "drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped up hearings and false allegations."
The problem that Mr. Pfeiffer and the rest of the White House staff seems to forget is that this is not solely a partisan issue. Yes the groups that were targeted were supporting the opposition party, but this is something that could happen to anyone that doesn’t agree with the President and his politics. The fact that a national government organization could have this much influence to try and quiet opposition, is scary for anyone.

And once again, we see White House spokespeople out in front of the reporters trying to cover the President’s tracks. It seems that they are trying to pretend this is not a major problem. The President may not have known what was going on at the time, but there is a time and place when a boss needs to take blame for what their employees did. It’s time Mr. President.
