So what? Let other countries dispense their own justice. I am not against beheadings. They would approve the appearance of some of you. :p

... so speaks a Mod hopeful .. ?

You are not against beheadings ?

So, are you against any forms of savagery ? Care to list them, and to tell us why beheading doesn't feature in such a list ?

Or perhaps you've no list to offer ?

Gabby will bust a gut to save a beached whale and will hug any tree

But will look the other way as unborn children are murdered and joke about the murder of those who have a different opinion on the role and size of government

There is a really easy way to deal with GABBY.

We just need to pretend...there IS NO MEMBER with that name.

Skip over any posts from a member who DOES NOT EXIST.

Someone keeps reminding us to STOP FEEDING THE TROLLS.

I agree with that theory. Since it does none of us any good to respond to members that DO NOT EXIST.

If it's common in Islam, why has my wife and all of her family still walking around with heads firmly attached? Mine was still there perched atop my shoulders last time I checked.

So, because you personally have not been beheaded, it's not common in Islamic countries?

You are showing more and more each post how big a dumb ass you really are.

Also, Australia is not an Islamic country.

Marcus. In case nobody noticed. Jafar intentionally DID NOT disclose to the rest of us...WHERE HE NOW LIVES.

Australia, or so it would seem. Just doesn't practice the Beheadings...DOES IT JAFAR???

High Court judge Mr Justice Henriques said Khan's aim was to deter any Muslim from joining the British army.
(http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot)"So rampant are your views, so excitable your temperament, so persuasive your tongue and so imbued with energy are you, it's quite impossible to predict when, if ever, it will be safe for you to be released into the public," (http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot)the Guardian (http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/feb/18/uksecurity)quoted the judge as saying. (http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot)
"It was a plot whose purpose was to undermine democratic government, to demoralize the British army and to destabilize recruitment, and to cause anguish to the then prime minister of the day and the loyal citizens of the country," the judge said.
Prosecutors said Khan hoped to kidnap the Muslim soldier in Birmingham's Broad Street entertainment quarter with the help of drug dealers.
(http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot)This is not the only recent example of serving soldiers being the targets of terrorist attacks. Last month three British-born men were (http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot)imprisoned for between four and nine years (http://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/muslim-convert-richard-dart-jailed-for-six-years-over-royal-wootton-bassett-bomb-plot-8588380.html) for preparing acts of terrorism. The men, who pleaded guilty had discussed targeting Royal Wootton Bassett, a town that became a focal point for parades by UK troops returning from service in (http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot)3/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot (http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/22/world/europe/uk-attack-2007-plot) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Beheading is used because of its shock value to those not inline with the muslim world domination campaign. We should put Islam on notice that they must start a campaign to stop these attacks or else we pass laws to force them out in everyplace this happens. For these is being taught as right and proper action to take to please Allah. And I do mean forced removal if they fail to stop teaching "jihad" for all of the muslims that are not native citizens. Important that such be for non-native citizens. .... Far too late for Britain but not for us should we actually wake up..-Tyr

May I suggest to hand out Holy Bibles on a street corner in down town Saudi Arabia

Or have your wife walk through down town Lybia in a 2 piece bathing suit

Then you will see what happens up close and personal with the religion of peace

"It was a plot whose purpose was to undermine democratic government, to demoralize the British army and to destabilize recruitment, and to cause anguish to the then prime minister of the day and the loyal citizens of the country," the judge said.

A 45-year-old man is due before magistrates after an attack on a mosque in Gillingham just hours after the terror murder of a soldier in Woolwich.

Andrew Grindlay, from Rochester, stands accused of religiously aggravated criminal damage and burglary.

He is due before Medway magistrates tomorrow.

It comes after a man ran into the Gillingham Mosque, in Canterbury Street, before smashing a window and a bookcase containing copies of the Koran last night.

Meanwhile, police have revealed extra officers are out in force patrolling "vulnerable areas", including places of worship and near Army barracks.

In a separate English county ..

A 45-year-old man has been charged with racial or religiously aggravated criminal damage over an attack on a mosque in Cambridgeshire.

The man was arrested on Thursday at the Islamic Education and Prayer Centre on Coneygear Road, Huntingdon.

Police in Huntingdon said they were working with the mosque and the local community to provide reassurance following the attack.

The man is due before Huntingdon Magistrates' Court on Monday.

There will be 24-hour police patrols at certain Islamic sites in London after two suspicious fires, The Metropolitan Police Commissioner has said.

Fires were started at a community centre in Muswell Hill on Wednesday, and a Chislehurst school on Saturday.

An increased police presence had been put in place around potentially "vulnerable" locations, said Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe.

He called on communities not to be divided by the death of Lee Rigby.

"These are difficult times for London's communities," he said.

"The Met is now investigating suspicious fires at two locations within the Islamic community which have happened in the past few days. Fortunately no one has been hurt, but we know that fires can often prove fatal."

He said he wanted to reassure people that the police were "using our full range of policing tactics to protect sites that might be vulnerable".

"In all boroughs across London, there is an increased police presence around locations that might be at risk. We will maintain a 24/7 guard of uniformed officers at sites we consider to be at greatest risk," he said.

It goes to show that not everyone's sensibilities have been put to sleep by the authorities. And, indeed, they're acting remarkably swiftly to try and both discourage further attacks, AND to get captured 'offenders' into the court system to answer charges.

Obviously, our authorities are concerned about the mood of the Public and what it could lead to.

Right you are gabby. You'd never have to worry about a beheading since you have nothing above your shoulders worth cutting off.

And terrorists with sharp objects would never get close to garbage to try cutting anything of yours off.

From the guy who just stated he would tell his kids to defy those in charge if they wouldn't let them pray on time. Hell, if you'll do that for kids in a school, we can only be left to wonder what you would support outside those walls. You've already stated you don't fully believe in freedom of speech either, this was when it was shown that Muslims were screaming "Death to America" and "Death to freedom of speech". You wrote that you as well believed that there should be punishment for insulting another. Suppose someone insults Muhammed or Islam while you are on US soil. Do they get beheaded? Caned? Stoning? Whipped? Beat violently by the crowd?

It's possible to find the time to pray. I would find a solution to the problem by negotiating with the school if they were being obstinate about it. Perhaps by organising a corner of the school gym or an empty classroom to be set aside for prayer in break times.

You've already stated you don't fully believe in freedom of speech either, this was when it was shown that Muslims were screaming "Death to America" and "Death to freedom of speech". You wrote that you as well believed that there should be punishment for insulting another.

I believe freedom of speech to be a privilege, not an inalienable right. It can be abused. We have laws against incitement, or racial hatred or discrimination and for good reason. Hate speech is no conducive to us all living together in peace and harmony.

Suppose someone insults Muhammed or Islam while you are on US soil. Do they get beheaded? Caned? Stoning? Whipped? Beat violently by the crowd?

None of the above. I support the Islamic position and that is that there is no worldly punishment for that.

In the time of the Prophet Mohamed (saw) there was a woman who used to thrown garbage at him and hurl abusive remarks every day. He even took the same route each day, walking down her street so as not to disrupt her daily ritual. He ignored her until one day she wasn't there so he arranged to visit her because he was worried about her health and found she was sick. He then visited her every day and helped her get better again. Eventually she became a Muslim.

Mohamed (saw) didn't have her punished so why should we?

Jafar has this down pat and knows the excuses forwards and backwards

Muslims use an endless list of fallacious and silly arguments in their defence of indefensible Islam. Here is a list of those:

‘Out of Context’ Argument

When one raises questions about verses of the Quran or Muhammad’s actions from the hadith, all Muslims—be it mullahs or educated moderate ones—parrot only one thing in defence: ‘You are talking out of context’, ‘please find out under what circumstances Muhammad did so’, ‘there must be some reason for that’ and so on. But they themselves will never try to find out those contexts or circumstances under which Muhammad did so many malicious things, or nonsensical or violence-inciting verses were revealed. And when you show them the context of verses from the tafsirs, which often make Islam appear even more evil and atrocious, they immediately change tune to claim that ‘this verse is allegorical’ and on the worst scenario, they would say ‘this verse is sarcastic’. Just imagine that the creator of the universe is talking in allegorical or sarcastic terms for guiding humanity through His divine scripture.

‘Circular Logic’ ArgumentWhenever one asks Muslims to prove their religion and prophet to be true, all of them answer in a similar and very absurd and illogical way.

They explain:

Muslim: Muhammad is a true prophet because the Quran says so.Inquirer: What is the evidence that the Quran is true and divine?Muslim: The Quran is true because Allah says so.Inquirer: How do you to be certain that Allah is the true God and the Quran is His divine words?Muslim: Allah is the true God because Muhammad said so.Inquirer: And how do you know what Muhammad was true?Muslim: Muhammad is true because the Quran says so.

This is called circular logic, proving something from its own source. It is like saying: I am the God, and the evidence for this is that I am saying so. Remember, no one trust something that the claimer himself says. He has to prove himself either with evidences or with reason. The source of the Quran and Allah is only one and that source is Muhammad. Muhammad himself is claiming everything, and there is no evidence whatsoever that those claims are true and credible. Any thug and imposter can claim something in these ways. That doesn’t make that claim true. Not only that, whenever Muslims try to validate or justify any instruction or law of the Quran or of Islam—like the benefit of veil or growing beard or anything else—they give Quranic evidence in support of their claims, even to non-believers of the Quran. How foolish these behaviours are! ‘This is Not Islam’ Argument

Whenever pointed to evil acts committed by a Muslim, Islamic group or Islamic nation in the name of Islam, another excuse Muslims offer in Islam’s defence is: ‘This is not Islam’, ‘This has nothing to do with Islam’, ‘Nowhere does Islam command one to do so’. Be it 9/11 or 26/11 terror attacks or a condemnable act like the shooting of young girl Malala Yousufzai by Pakistani Taleban, their answer is always the same: “This is not Islam” to which is routinely added another excuse, “This must a ploy of the Jews and the West to defame Islam”.

Whenever something bad is done by Muslims, Muslims countries—immediately Muslims will blindly say the following:

Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia’s political and social fallacies has nothing to do with real Islamic country.
The Taliban's destruction of Buddhist antiquities has nothing to do with real Islam.
The Taliban shot fourteen years old Malala Yousufzai for promoting girls’ education in Pakistan and killing six polio vaccinators of Pakistan from UN have nothing to do with real Islam.
The forcible conversion of helpless Christians in Indonesia has nothing to do with real Islam.
The genocide being perpetrated in Sudan by the Islamists in Khartoum has nothing to do with real Islam.
Bomb-blasts in Mosques of Pakistan, Iran and Iraq; has nothing to do with Islam.
The unwillingness of the Saudi authorities to allow women to drive has nothing to do with real Islam.
The sectarian violence in Pakistan between Sunni and Shiite has nothing to do with real Islam.
The practice of female genital mutilation by Muslims all over North Africa, Middle East, Pakistan, Indonesia etc. have nothing to do with real Islam.
Having sex with slave girls in Saudi Arabia has nothing to do with real Islam
Women oppression and inequality with men has nothing to do with real Islam.
The decapitations of the inhabitants of entire villages by jihadists in Algeria have nothing to do with real Islam.
Acts of terror committed frequently around the world in the name of Islam have nothing to do with real Islam.
The Hadiths depicting Muhammad (pbuh) as a pedophilic, murderous, thief have nothing to do with real Islam.
The verses in the Quran and Hadiths justifying the slaughter of the Banu Qurayza by Allah's Apostle (pbuh) have nothing to do with real Islam.

They will keep adding such excuse after excuse such that it would appear: Islam itself has nothing to do with “real” Islam. If this is not Islam, then what is Islam, where is it followed, and who are following it?

Two boys beheaded in Afghanistan Taliban deny role in killing of boys aged 11 and 16 who were travelling to a shrine in southern Afghanistan

Two boys have been found beheaded in a restive rural part of southern Afghanistan.

The boys, who were 11 and 16, were killed when they passed through a Taliban-controlled area on the way to a nearby shrine, the governor of their home district of Zhari told the Guardian.

"We don't know the reason for that," Jamal Agha said in a phone interview from Kandahar. "They were very young, they were not of an age to be soldiers."

He gave their names as Khan and Abdul Wahab, but said he had no contact details for their families.

The provincial governor's spokesman, who first announced the killings, said the boys had been denounced as spies after accepting food handouts from local police.

The district police chief refused to comment on whether he knew the boys, saying he needed permission from provincial authorities to speak to the media. It was unusual secrecy for a country where security officials are remarkably accessible to journalists.

Agha said he had spoken to people in the area where the boys were found dead, and they had blamed the Taliban.

But a spokesman for the insurgent group condemned the murders and denied any role in them. The Taliban in the past have rejected brutal killings that analysts believe they carried out, but the inconsistencies between stories given by government officials also cast doubts on their account.

Show me where in Islam we are supposed to flagellate ourselves with knives and swords in order to morn the death of Hussein every year? Your picture is pure fail, except for the falafels. They really are that good. :p

And that is related to Islam how?

Because AGAIN, as usual, it's in an Islamic nation AND obviously a Muslim - beheading CHILDREN. Maybe you should talk to those committing these sick acts in the name of Islam, instead of being angered with who points them out. That's the biggest problem with Islam, they mostly deny and rarely do a damn thing about the savage acts. But insult Islam? Then the entire country comes out like cockroaches and riots. But being they are acting like animals, regardless of what got them pissed, I guess they are no longer Muslims anyway when they riot and abuse, so you should take no issue with me rightfully calling them animals.
