he has become a major talked about individual here recently. I have been keeping tabs on him myself here for about the past month or so.....

This was the first video I came across from this guy which grabbed my attention and kept it.....;) When I first saw this video I found an invite for the march on facebook there were about 1000 attending, now it is up to over 5000.

I still say there needs to be a million man armed march on washington. This guy will get busted for something before Independence Day. Something contrived. The libs will put in some nut case to stir up trouble just as the radio guy said. There could be a serious confrontation which could spark a true revolution. A second shot heard round the world. American defeated the strongest most powerful military in the world. We can do it again.

I did like the reference of Mordor on the Potomac. That is so appropriate. I've been calling him the dark lord since he took office. It's time to confront the orcs and trolls.

I'm not going to decide if he's right or not, but he's had lots of problems following orders. I'm guessing the military wasn't the right venue for him. I'm seeing lots of Rev in him:

HEY!

He's much more pure libertarian than i am.
As far as following orders goes, well if the orders are illegal they should NOT be followed, correct?

And frankly i'm not sure an armed march is a good idea.
One shot, or "extreme speech" , disobedience to the officials, along with tons of pics of the craziest looking gun owners in the crowd and the media will eat us gun rights people for breakfast and have rhetorical momentum to help promote/pass new gun regs at the least.
At worse with any shot the police, ATF, FBI, Nat'l Gaurd (who'll all be there) will have an excuse to fire on the crowd and the laws against guns will probably be almost be overnight and the rest of our rights will be cooked and well done. "martial law like conditions will be temporary until the terrorist gun threat is over , just cooperate with all officials for public safety".

I'm not sure what the upside to the march is.
If 10,000 people go and there's no indecent. Everyone is respectful and not demonized in the media. whats the gain. are that many fence sitters in the public going to get on broad the gun rights position?
Are more legislators going to line up and support gun rights?
Seems to me It's just going to be a tension filled event that will convince very few either way. and just harden the polarization.

I could be wrong, but a march without guns on the issue would be better IMO.
Maybe, all wearing cameo and gun tees etc. Maybe carrying copies of permits and symbolically tearing them up in front of congress or something, then sending delegations from the districts to legislators offices and to the white house to sit in for a few days etc.

I don't know, I get the sentiment of a gun march, but this just seems ripe for State and left manipulation IMO.

This may actually be a better idea.....

KOKESH: Please don't come to Washington, D.C., this now an appeal to the state level and I think it's much more appropriate given the gravity of the situation. We shouldn't be begging the federal government to change, we shouldn't be hoping that they respect our rights because it's clear that they don't.
And I can't even, as the organizer of this event, be able to say that I'm going to be there. We can't have this depend on any one person or even any central event.
SANTILLI: There you go.
KOKESH: So now it's a march on all 50 state capitols.
[...]
KOKESH: A lot of people have raised criticism about well, you can't just end the federal government. Well you can't keep it going either. Look at it, it's going to collapse under its own weight. We are an empire in decline and if we don't do something about this now, like an orderly peaceful dissolution, it's going to be a chaotic collapse.
I've always said this as libertarians from our analysis of government when we say, hey you know what, we need to reduce the coercion in society, reduce the tyranny and the force and the fraud that is government. I've always thought when we're saying is, look guys we can do this the easy way or the hard way. And this is sort of like, hey guys, last chance to do it the easy way.
[...]
SANTILLI: Tell me if you agree or disagree with this, that we can't wait for a couple of more elections in order to purge the system. That we have a system of government right now that is not --
KOKESH: Were you suggesting -- hold on, hold on, I have to stop and laugh at you for a second if I may --
SANTILLI: Yes, please.
KOKESH: -- were you actually just suggesting that elections can have a positive impact? Or were you suggesting that elections can somehow clean house or clear out? Because I think if anything that's clearly not the case anymore.

I made it exactly 12 minutes into the video and turned it off. I'll read up around more on this guy before I pass too much judgment either way. But if he wants to be taken seriously, he really needs to stay away from infowars.com and Alex Jones. And NO, I'm not passing judgment yet either way - just pointing out the obvious - that conspiracy kooks are not the best route to be heard. I'll read Wiki and whatever else I can find and give a further opinion shortly.

When he used the word "OVERTHROW". That told me he plans to violate the very constitution, and laws he claims to be protecting with his march.

I want to know more about his Military Record before I foolishly take any side with, or against him.

During my many years in uniform. I had the misfortune to meet a few like him who refused to obey, or follow instructions, or orders because they thought they weren't fair, or couldn't be forced to do menial tasks....they didn't learn in their Expensive Government school rooms.

I do foresee a really BAD day for him if he follows through...ARMED, in Washington DC. No matter what the SCOTUS said. CCW in Washington DC is....ILLEGAL.

If he can't obey the laws, for nothing more than to make a point. He deserves to be arrested.

No one needs to march on washington or the state capitols. They need to march on the media. An honest truth telling media would change everything
