If it is in definite relation to a post that someone made and your dumb ass comment is related to their opinion posted, then yes. But to look for a member and leave a rep comment in no way related to a post, just to fuck with that person once or 2x per day... That's harassment in my opinion. That's why 'generally', I don't even leave a comment. I'll just rep either way and leave it at that (not all the time). I don't see much of a need to fuck with people in rep, as the cage is here and accomplishes the same thing - but doing so in the cage is cool, but harassing in PM/Rep is against the rules.
