personally, I think that what he does on his own time is his business. Now, having said that, I am sure he is aware of the regulations regarding the wearing of the uniform in situations like this. If he broke a regulation, he should be punished accordingly. If he did not, then no harm, no foul.

Posing in his uniform was his way of ending his Marine corps enlistment. He knew what he was doing.
Making a statement for his lifestyle in uniform IS a NO NO.

At least now. He can get all of his benefits from his SPOUSE...since his benefits from the Marine corps will eventually end.
