Help!! Need help with tech issue

Just within the last week or so when I open videos from DP I cannot hear anything. I don't have this problem with other sites. Can anyone give me advice on what to do?

Have you tried turning your computer off, then back on again?

failing that, check your updates...but it's odd that it only does it at one site. I've had that happen on my phone, but it was all videos and I just had to restart the browser. Maybe try logging off the site, then restart, then log back in.
