I insist on working with craftsmen (or craftswomen [shock]). Almost all of these are spoken for. So how do you find the ones that are available? It often means accomodating the nutcases. A nutcase craftsman is far better than a perception oriented incompetent that is good at winning popularity contests. When a misfit shows up here at DP, it would serve the members well to see it as practice for the above scenario. That is unless you're a perception oriented incompetent. In that case feel free to belittle them to make your small self seem better by comparison.
