about Obama since long before he took office.

The man is a practiced, masterful, consistent, perpetual LIAR.

And NOBODY....NO AMERICAN ALIVE...CAN PROVE OTHERWISE.

Therein lies the problem. Congress has willingly allowed usurpation of their powers by the executive, since WWII. No more declarations of war before money flows. Pass legislation and let the president change by claimed powers.
