More precisely, they've only copyrighted concentration camps, not actually built them.

Seems almost identical to what a cell scrambler/blocker/jammer, which has been around for quite some time. Many movie theaters use them to keep annoying people from chatting on their cells during the movie. Sounds like the same thing, which is to kill the "wireless" portion of the device. I almost bought one once, which is disguised as a cigarette pack, but when turned out, kills the cell signal in about a 10-15 yard radius. They are illegal for most applications, not that it would stop me, and you can still buy them from outside the country and easily have them mailed here. :)
