The Obama Administration is taking direct aim at Texas in challenging the Supreme Court's recent decision neutralizing key provisions of the Voting Rights Act.

Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday that the Justice Department would support a recent motion filed by minority-rights groups, asking a panel of federal judges in San Antonio to place Texas back under preclearance for 10 more years — requiring federal approval for any changes to voting laws.

Holder laid out the federal government's plans in a speech to the National Urban League in Philadelphia.

Based on evidence of intentional racial discrimination in a redistricting case last year, Holder, in prepared remarks, said the “state of Texas should be required to go through a preclearance process whenever it changes its voting laws and practices.”

Don't they have more important things to do than try and continue their oversight in such matters? The SCOTUS has spoken.

The whole point of Eric (my people) Holder's justice department is to advance the agenda of the negro "protected class".

He already said we're a "nation of cowards" regarding race...but whenever anyone mentions anything negative about negroes, they're a "racist"...he wants "affirmative action" (discrimination) to last forever.

"Last month (Feb 2012), in an appearance at Columbia University, his alma mater, Holder made a jarring statement in support of racial preferences, saying he “can’t actually imagine a time in which the need for more diversity would ever cease.” “Affirmative action has been an issue since segregation practices,” he declared. “The question is not when does it end, but when does it begin. . . . When do people of color truly get the benefits to which they are entitled?”

...and of course he quashed the prosecution of the black panthers intimidating people at polling places.

A change is coming, though. People are waking up.

http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2013/06/25/us/annotated-supreme-court-decision-on-voting-rights-act.html?_r=0 If the Feds can arbitrarily issue decade long bans ON STATES AND THEIR CHANGES TO THEIR VOTING LAWS THEN TYRANNY JUST TOOK A HUGE LEAP FORWARD. SCOTUS IS NO ALWAYS RIGHT. Later courts have reversed previous court's decisions. Food for thought right there.

Holder is just one of the stronger members of the Obama Racist Perpetuation Gang. Like his boss. Holder would prefer to keep people of color...un, and under-educated.
