Why is everyone freaking out about this? Even the article mentions the climate rise has plateaued. We've actually started getting ahead of the carbon addition to the atmosphere by using sane carbon reduction policies, an increase in the use of cleaner, more efficient engines, and retooling how we raise livestock into a more eco-friendly manner. He should be celebrating this, not crying over it.
