A lot of food contains extra 'bits'.

And our ancestors ate much more of the chicken than just chicken breast.

Yum.

Ever have Chicken nuggets from McDonald's before you turned into a leaf eater? I'd rather remain ignorant as to what's in it, but dip those little bastards in some sweet and sour sauce, and Yum it is!!

At least it's all chicken this time, and not rat, human hair, insects and "waste" material...

But yeah, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, corn beef, spam, mystery meats in general.

Your odds improve greatly when you opt for Kosher foods.

Wait, what? Chicken Nuggets have actual, real Chicken in them sometimes?!? ;)

You are better off making your own. They are tastier/healthier that way too! (http://www.reddit.com/r/keto/comments/1ixh5k/fp_parmesan_crusted_chicken_nuggets/)

If it tastes good, I eat it. If it doesn't, I don't. All the talk about ingredients only harms my potential meals!

My tastes are refining with age. Thanks to watching Gordon Ramsay, I have learned to appreciate the culinary craft. Fast food just doesn't do it for me anymore. I prefer a burger or chicken fillet made by a real chef.

Funny how this report comes out and people are shocked, ha hahahahahah!!!!

Apparently no one until now figured out the texture in any kind of processed chicken nugget is not one of normal consistency. Including the 'chicken breast' patties at Subway.

It's all ground up parts of chickens, cooked and pressed with other ingredients (such as binding agents and seasoning), then pressed and cooked, then breaded/coated and then blast-frozen.

Although I would still rather eat them than whole organ meats, and I refuse to knowingly eat whole bugs and slugs.

I know. I make a mean 20cm burger. When packed between an "oopsie" bun, it's a low carb treat that helps you lose weight.
