View Full Version : Illegal aliens now say they're "not going to take it any more"

Oh, you're not going to take it any more? Does that mean you're finally going to stop violating U.S. law and incurring the well-known (and reasonable) penalties for violating them? And LEAVE?

Good. It's about time. Drop us a postcard from your home country when you get back there.

BTW, notice how the usual fibs and disingenuous tactics are being followed, again.

In referring to groups of illegal aliens, the advocates are carefully removing the word "illegal", and trying to fool people into believing the illegals have done nothing wrong.

If they were to tell the truth, it would destroy their entire agenda: These people have broken U.S. law, and the remedy is deportation - a penalty true for decades.

But these liars and illegal-alien advocates don't dare admit that. They have to go pretending it's something else. Doesn't matter what.

They're Not Going To Take It Anymore: New Generation Of Immigrant Advocates Take Radical Approach

By Elizabeth Llorente/

The frustration, say immigration advocates, is reaching a fever pitch.

That is why, many say, recent weeks have seen activists use chains and pipes to tie themselves to the tires of buses that carry immigrants slated for deportation to court, block traffic on Capitol Hill and get arrested, surround Tucson police when they targeted two immigrants during a traffic stop, and chain themselves and block the entrance of a federal detention center.

More such actions, they vow, are coming.

“It's absolutely out of frustration and impatience,” said Marisa Franco, campaign organizer for the National Day Laborer Organizing Network, which helped coordinate some of the more provocative actions. "Immigrant communities who are losing 1,100 loved ones every day to deportation cannot wait for Congress to end its political games or for the President to rediscover his moral compass," she added.

Moral compass? Moral compass? Really? Those 1,100 bastards broke the law, fuck them. I could give a shit less if we just shot all of them in the head... break the laws to come here then live off the hard work of others... again, fuck them.

Y'know what? They're kind of right to be pissed. Let's back up for a moment here, and look at the causes of illegal immigration. Basically, the Dems have promised them that they won't be deported for being here illegally, and since the Dems control both the Senate and the Presidency, they feel they've been lied to by those in power. They're right, and they should be angry at those that failed them.

Immigration reform is needed, but the Dems never actually want to move forward on it, just like putting up legislation on their other campaign promise issues, abortion and gay marriage. They don't actually want to do anything about those subjects, they just want to be able to slap Republicans with them for votes.

Seriously, they had an open net to score in for two years, and nothing. So why keep harping on it? Because they're hoping that Republicans will get all bent out of shape, and say something stupid. Unfortunately, this tactic has been absurdly effective.

Immigration reform needs to go like this: evicting 12,000,000 is just unfeasible in a logistic sense, so some sort of path to citizenship does need to exist, along with a streamlining of the immigration process. however, that does not obviate responsibility for breaking the laws, and those who are here are going to need to do a few things.

1) Paperwork: current illegals will need to file paperwork using the streamlined system, and paying the reduced fees ($9000 USD to file the paperwork was insane) of the more streamlined system.

2) If they cannot afford the fees, they have a few options. a) It can be assessed as a tax penalty on their returns, until it is paid off, b) If they or a family meets the requirements, a member of the family can sign into the US Military for at least one tour, unless they are medically discharged for service-related injury c) They can pay it off in installments, but if they lapse, this option goes off the table, and we go back to the deportation.

3) If you're on the hook for crimes in your home country such as murder or rape, you are going back, period. If you're on the hook for crimes there that are not crimes here, you can go for asylum (In say, cases where a woman flees to the US because she's on the hook for adultery because she was raped in her home country, where getting raped is legally on the woman). we're usually pretty good about granting this, I mean, we're not assholes.

4) Any business in the future found to knowingly hired an illegal will lose all licenses, be it business, liquor, construction, or whatnot, it's gone. We have systems to check the ID of those who get hired, so there is no viable excuse for not doing due diligence.

This is a pretty straightforward way of dealing with the current Illegal Immigration debacle. We don't need a wall, we just need a solid common sense approach that addresses the issues. Continuing to just let illegals do whatever is simply not a solution, but an escalation of the problem.

Most of what you say is reasonable, though before moving forward at all, there needs to be a few things done:

1. Repeal the 14th amendment. Slavery is over, has been for a long time. This amendment no longer makes sense. We'll have to deal with those before repeal, but stop allowing more.

2. Close the borders, We have the means to monitor them, for crying out loud, the NSA is collecting our data, spend the money to satellite the borders. Arrest and deport.

3. Set up commune type school/living arrangement for anchor babies/children/teens the parents don't want to take 'home.' Provide a reasonable choice, then let the parents decide, before deportation.

The immigration system isn't broken. Only item 4 is necessary. Isn't it interesting that Bay County, Florida USED TO have an illegal immigrant problem. Sheriff Frank McKeithen solved the problem by vigorously enforcing STATE document counterfeiting laws with a judge willing to hand out maximum sentences. It's very difficult to demand a "right" to use and produce counterfeit documents.

The Bay County Sheriff's Office has a special unit that is committed to enforcing state statutes against illegal alien activity. Do you know of any illegal alien activity or employers that hire illegal aliens ? Please let us know.

Amazing when criminals can get on a podium and make demands and criticisms. Complain and fight long enough and these criminals are starting to get sympathy and an ear from some. I say they show every single one of them the door and tell them we 'might' listen to their whining when they get in line and come back into the country legally.

Actually if #4 were enforced we wouldn't have a problem with illegal immigration. It's hard to live somewhere when you aren't able to earn a living. We have e-verify, there is no reason businesses shouldn't be liable for knowing hiring illegals.

There is no reason for me to feel sorry for people who came here illegally. They need to leave period. Enforcing our laws and prosecuting those who hire them will solve the problem. No need for another amnesty! We will simply have this problem again in 20yrs with millions more DEMANDING amnesty.

No, they do not, as a matter of fact, as non-citizens and as people that broke the law to come into the country, they have a 'right' to NOTHING.

Immigration reform is needed,

I love the term 'immigration REFORM'. It's such utter bullshit. What it means when the left says it is 'amnesty' and what it means when the right says it is 'we want you to vote for us instead so we will sound like we care'. The only think that needs REFORM is DC. They need to enforce the laws. Nobody said let's round up 12million people in one big push, we simply need to get rid of them as they are found. A great place to find them is at the demonstrations the criminals have about wanting to have their crimes expunged.

Bottom line. IF THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. They have broken the laws of the land.

If they are complaining about that. Let them complain IN PERSON to IMMIGRATION.

But, of course. Since our President, and his A.G. do not pay attention to the Constitution, or the laws of the land. What else can be done, other than sending all ILLEGALS to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. As house guests, and let them cut the grass, do the chores, and KISS OBAMA'S ASS.

People are born with Inherent Rights. Good read the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence again. Also, cutting out pretty much everything I said so you can throw up some rhetoric? Come on, man, you're better than that. Also note that in those sections you snipped, I specifically deal with the fact that it's Dems they should be pissed at, for promising them shit they could never possibly have lived up to. Republicans rather pointedly promised them nothing as far as healthcare, but as long as the Dems continue to act like Illegal Immigration is perfectly okay, you're going to get illegals who believe that it's perfectly okay.

So let's see if I have this: In every other regards, we are in agreement that Government programs and agencies generally work in an inefficient, and often times, incompetent manner. All aside from Immigration, according to you.

It alone is the only federal group that requires no regular maintenance, or restructuring? Sorry, but it gets screwed over and bloated like every other federal agency that exists in the US. Continuing to stick our heads in the sand on this point isn't going to help us come election time. Conservatives need to lay claim to Immigration Reform, and do it right. Otherwise, sooner or later, it's gonna be the Dems restructuring the system. So, who would you rather see restructure the system?

And #4 alone will not get done. It won't, period, without other reforms. So we can either continue bitching, or start making moves that are actually helpful to us going forward. I'm not asking for sympathy for them or anything of the sort, but simple logistics states that if we just enforce #4, then we're going to have a walking plague of Locust draining TX and CA dry as the mass migration goes.

1) They are not citizens, they do not fall under the jurisdiction of our Constitution, so AFAIC, they have ZERO rights. Send them packing.

2) I don't even know what the heck your second part is about. Yeah, government sucks, it does everything the hard way, what on earth does that have to do with what I said.

3) There is no such thing as 'immigration reform'. It's a buzz word like 'fair share'. An undefinable bit of nonsense to hide what is really desired: that being making shit loads of criminals, in this country illegally, citizens of this country. Both 'sides' talk about it because they want the votes. The (D)'s are sure most of them will vote (D), the (R)'s are simply hoping that by supporting it they will turn around the trend and get some to vote for them.

Guess what!!!! We already have this happening TODAY the only difference is its the other way... Let them march back to Mexico, hell maybe the can make their own country better instead of bringing ours down to their level., They don't want to assimilate they want to reap the benefits of hard workers to send money home for more unskilled low wage workers to come here and break MORE laws.....

US and Mexican policy is thoroughly racist. It is totally acceptable in Mexico to treat people of Indian (Aztec/Mayan) descent like trash. When they come to the US, Mexico considers it "garbage collection". The remittances from the US keep peace and prevent angry victims of discrimination from demanding better treatment.
