MAn walking taking pictures on bridge asked for ID, Man legally refuses Cops don't like it and get pissy

Police get an report of 2 tall skinny black guys in Jeans fleeing and assault. they see 2 tall avg weight black guys one with white paints on, they stop arrest both tell them they are "going to make stuff up"
to send them to jail. after cuffing on ground cops kick one in the face then claim it was the chest. and they conveniently loose most of the important dashcam videos. the dept makes excuses for it all. come to find out the dept "looses" a lot of dash cam video.
But the Police spokesman says "you've got to trust us"

Off Duty cop see a man walk down street with a gun in his pocket. the Policeman says stop I'm a police officer but shows no ID. the man Now in frt of his home runs into his house, the OFF DUTY cops goes in after him into his home. The wife says the Unloaded gun falls from her husbands pocket as the cop follows the man in . the cops then shots the man in the chest in front of his wife and 2 small children. He's in a coma for 3 weeks. the police do an "internal investigation" that's not open to the public. but say the officer has wittnesess that the man pointed a gun at him. So they return to mans home arrest the man for attempted murder or something... in front of his children and take him jail with his cane and meds.

the other issue is AFTER the cops arrest what prosecutors Job has turned out to be.
get as many convictions as possible.
