Your selfish self doesn't care if it works or not. Your union gets you highly subsidized health insurance. In RI Obamacare means you pay $18,000 for a family policy offered by your employer or go uninsured. It's A or B, no choice. At least since $18K exceeds 8% most people's income, there's no penalty.
