Man what a tough call, personally I think of my kids and I think the police should of at least helped the father get in ( if they where afraid for there own well being ) but again with all the law suites and all I am not sure, man I would hate to have to make a call like this .

When Louisiana, Missouri, police arrived at the scene of a nighttime house fire, they discovered two distraught parents trying desperately to get into the back door to rescue their three-year-old son, Riley Jeffrey Miller. Rather than attempting to aid the rescue, the police decided that Riley was as good as dead, so they repeatedly tasered Mr. Miller and eventually arrested him.

All the fumes impede their ability to use good judgement. Have you ever been to Louisiana, MO? It's a meth town.

I'd make damn sure anybody that stopped me didn't breathe much longer. And it wouldn't matter what job or authority they had. I would likely go to prison for the rest of my life but their ass wouldn't have a life any longer. He should consider doing the same IMHO.. There is no 100% certainty that his child could not have been saved! The police actions made damn sure any possibility was not acted upon. --Tyr

When I was referring to meth, I meant the cop.
