Seriously could you imagine the talk if Bush had said any of the mistakes Obama has ?
Just imagine if Bush had said something like this. Now, I’m not a Bush fan, but anytime a member of the GOP makes a gaffe, that person is excoriated in the media. When it’s a Democrat, well, he was probably tired from all the hard work from his many years of service to this country, which he loves dearly.
When he was campaigning for president, Obama was recounting to his audience that he had visited “57 states.” Either there are 7 more states that we don’t know about, or Obama didn’t have his teleprompter handy.
But he was given a pass, since campaigning is hard work, and he “hadn’t gotten a lot of sleep in the last 48 hours.” Well, it’s hard for Democrats anyway. Running for public office is easy for Republicans, so they don’t deserve to make excuses for their rhetorical mistakes when campaigning.
It was on a conference call hosted by Organizing for Action that Obama claimed that 100 million Americans had enrolled for healthcare insurance on the Obamacare exchange. Some 200,000 community organizers people were listening in. The Daily Mail pointed out that ironically, the website which was used for the conference call had its own share of glitches and errors while everyone was trying to get everyone on.
