Sure is FIXED. But still unable to do anything worthwhile for anyone.

There are probably thousands of Americans today who are capable of building, and constructing a viable, working website with ALL of the required tools needed for the ACA. And the expense for each of those thousands of American IT types would probably save WE THE PEOPLE 99.999% of the multi-millions already expended for a product that DOES NOT WORK.
