Just learned about the Gov. of Minn. Scott Walker, and how he is cutting taxes, and even giving the people a Rebate because the TERRIBLE, REPUBLICAN has managed to create a Huge SAVINGS.

My family lives in Northern Wisconsin and they have had zero reports of anyone freezing to death.
