A cartoon I once saw, wish I could find it again

Came out on April 15 a few years ago, of course.

A nervous-looking couple is sitting in front of a desk marked "IRS AUDITOR". A man in a suit and tie is sitting behand the desk. They are all looking at a jar half full of reddish liquid on one corner of the desk.

The man behind the desk is saying, "We're rather proud of that, actually. It's blood from a turnip."

I looked for about an hour... can't find anything relevant other that what your other threads on the other sites have returned around the interwebs.

Usually I'm pretty good at locating things but I struck out on this one.
