While Clinton says her views have "been shaped over time," a couple students were bothered, given that her evolution on the issue seemed to be more of a political ploy than a genuine change of heart.
When asked if they would be okay with a person who holds those views speaking on campus, more than a few said they would not. Although, a couple of people interviewed said that <wbr>people with traditional views on marriage should not be barred from speaking on GMU grounds - but, they wouldn't go see them.
At least these kids seem to realize that if a politicians mouth is moving, they're probably lying. People need to be informed voters and instead of listening to what the politician is saying, read about what they have voted on.
