most of us are familiar with this historical photo but little is known about the young Paratrooper with the blackened face, he's been identified. his name is Wally Strobel. the article is archived back to 99 so some of you may already know. what is Ike telling him?? a pep speech. well

Strobel passed away 10/16/2011 at the age of 94. history is a never ending teacher

Sorry to read of the man's passing. Soon the last USA WW2 COMBAT VET will pass on.
Ike was a great general and a great American.
He came and went before the massive leftist corruption took hold in this "soon to be destroyed nation" mushroomed!
That reality is a real bitch but either way ,even if civil war break outs this nation will never regain its place. A rotten fruit does not ever regain its former glory.. -Tyr
