thanks Abbey, amazing video.

Anyone who's been married for a long time knows that marriage can be like a roller-coaster, lots of ups and downs. Nuke and I hit 25yrs but they weren't without bumps in the road.

For many, many years. My wife and I have been constantly asked about "What's the secret, or advice of being married that long?"

Coming up on 47 years next March. We both agreed to ALWAYS be honest with each other. Always talk about everything that might be bothering one of us, and not putting it off till later.
But...the one, most important thing that can destroy, or ruin a marriage (friendship) is...MONEY.

Bad idea...not telling each other when money problems arise. If you can't afford something. Don't spend money (credit cards) on things you don't need to SURVIVE.
Money will generally be the dividing power between you.
Like the definition of STATUS.....

Buying things you don't need, with money you don't have, and can't afford, to impress people you don't know, will send you to the poor house.

Finally. You must always talk to each other. SECRETS build contempt, and BETRAYAL.
