As Obama's scandals and outrages multiply seemingly without end, he has been issuing pronouncement andter pronoucement in an attempt to mollify outraged citizens.

In 2012 he had issued the "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" policy without the approval of Congress, which in fact directly violated several laws pased by Congress, declaring that children who crossed the border illegally would not be deported. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deferred_Action_for_Childhood_Arrivals

This has resulted in hordes of such illega alien children floodig over the border, and an impossible logjam as they overwhelmed receiving stations. ICE has set up detention camps in many locations to house the illegal aliens and their children. Hygiene is poor, diseases are sweeping through the camps, and doctors and nurses working in the camps are being threatened with arrest and prosecution if they talk about conditions inside.

Last month Obama made an announcement that the chidren can't stay in the U.S., contradicting the memoradum he had issues in 2012.

But the actions of Federal agents since belie that promise. Illegal alien children are being given "Notices to Appear" as fast as they come into the country, and are being simply released into the U.S. with no further supervision. The discard the notices, of course, and never report for the hearings.

So, President Obama is managing to have it both ways: Making impressive pronouncements as though he were going to obey U.S. immigration law and deport illegal aliens, even while those illegal aliens are being released wholesale into the country with no attempt to deport them.

Obama talks tough to Mexico: Illegal-immigrant children won’t get to stay

President Obama told his Mexican counterpart in a phone call Thursday that immigrants crossing into the U.S. illegally won’t qualify for legalized status or deferred deportation, including children.

The White House said Mr. Obama and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto discussed “a regional strategy” to address the surge of unaccompanied children coming from Central America, through Mexico, to the U.S.

With thousands of children trying to enter the U.S. illegally in recent months, Vice President Joseph R. Biden will visit Guatemala on Friday.

Mr. Biden will warn officials and parents that illegal immigration is dangerous and that youth won’t be allowed to stay in the U.S.

Homeland Security buses carrying illegal immigrant children and families were rerouted Tuesday to a facility in San Diego after American flag-waving protesters blocked the group from reaching a suburban processing center.
The standoff in Murrieta came after Mayor Alan Long urged residents to complain to elected officials about the plan to transfer the Central American illegal immigrants to California to ease overcrowding of facilities along the Texas-Mexico border.
Many protesters held U.S. flags, while others held signs reading "stop illegal immigration," and "illegals out!"
"We can't start taking care of others if we can't take care of our own," protester Nancy Greyson, 60, of Murrieta, told the Desert Sun newspaper.
Many of the immigrants were detained while fleeing violence and extortion from gangs in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.
After the buses were blocked, federal authorities rerouted the vehicles to a freeway and then to a customs and border facility in San Diego within view of the Mexico border.
The three buses were trailed by a half-dozen news crews during the two-hour trip. People near the San Diego facility were surprised by the caravan....
