Why Islamic State (formerly ISIS) will push Al Qaeda to the curb.

Any wannabe mujaheed given a choice between joining Al Qaeda or IS will choose the latter. The difference? IS actually has an army, and they're actively employing it in pursuit of Mohamed's dream of a world-wide caliphate. If and when they are successful in Syria and Iraq, they will just keep going until they engulf the entire ME. We would be next. Count on it.


We will be dealing with these zealots for the foreseeable future. Get used to it.
