I fail to understand why anyone would get upset over their lack of rep points, or the "unfair" distribution of rep points.
You have to understand how the game is played. This is a conservative dominated board. The admins and staff are all conservative. The power brokers are conservative. If you step on their toes, you get negative reps. Stepping on other toes gets you temp banned.
