Remember when I posted about Eitan Chitayat's latest column, (http://chicksontheright.com/posts/item/26348-make-some-noise)about how important it is to stay angry, stay vigilant and above all else, be aware of the destruction of the American way of life, our melting pot, by radical people who wish us evil?

According to that sourcelink, owners of Sneakers Bistro in Winooski Circle, Vermont, did a little gardening on some city flower beds. The city has a program in place ("Operation Bloom") which allows business owners to do a little landscaping and earn the right to advertise/post signs on the plot of land they landscape. It's kinda awesome, really. So Sneakers gardened, and chose to display a sign which read, "Yield for Sneakers Bacon."
No big deal, right? I mean, bacon exists (thankfully). A lot of people eat it. I'm guessing it's a popular item at Sneakers Bistro. But because some Muslim chick on an internet forum wrote that the sign was "insensitive" to people who don't consume pork, and that AS a Muslim, she's offended by the sign, Sneakers took it down. They completely caved.
The owners told a local news station that they PROACTIVELY reached out to the Muslim chick to tell her that they'd be removing the sign, that they regretted the harm CAUSED by the sign, and that they never wanted to cause stress or bad feelings.
You guys, we are talking about the WORD "bacon" here. This Muslim woman was offended because she saw the word bacon on a sign. Does she protest every grocery store? Does she protest every farm? And if she took the time to whine about the HORROR of seeing the word "bacon" on a small yard sign, I'm just curious - did she express any outrage about the video of James Foley being beheaded in the name of HER FREAKING RELIGION? Did she speak out about that? Or was she too busy trying to turn an American city into a shadow of its former self?
Sneakers' owners say their goal is to provide "a joyful place for the entire community." I call BS. Their goal is obviously to be cowardly idiots who don't even realize their own first amendment rights.
This is what I mean by not allowing the infiltration of evil into our society, you guys. This is how that starts. And you can call me bigoted or reactionary or paranoid or whatever you want, but I SEE what's happening to the UK for the sake of appreciating diversity and multiculturalism. There are now three times as many Brits serving in freaking ISIS as there are in the UK military. So frankly, I hope Sneakers bistro gets so much bad press over this that they are forced out of business. I hope those gutless, cowardly owners realize that they are contributing to the destruction of their own country. They just squelched their OWN constitutional rights because some idiotic hosebeast didn't like a WORD.

Problem with get any results from you sending a letter complaining is that you represent a single individual while the muslim scum represents an entire group! A group that Obama promotes no less!
I am offended by the word -burka- so when is Walmart , Mikky -d and restaurants going to start banning that word and those poor beat down female slaves wearing one?
You see its really more political than anything else. The muslim cowards here will start letting their women scream to get the changes until they are powerful enough to join in wholesale and use increased and directed violence to effect even greater change and appeasement!
That is the formula they used to take over Britain in 30 years.
They are a enemy that understand victory is victory whether it happens overnight in 30+ years!
I started noting this and Britain as an example almost immediately after I first came here . Of course then a chorus attacked me and cried how wrong I was about it all, yet in 3+ short years many more see just how right I was.

Local Winooski, Vermont restaurant Sneakers Bistro has removed a sign that read, “Yield Sneakers Bacon” citing opposition from a Muslim community member and safety concerns.

The sign was put up as part of a city program that allows businesses to post an advertisement in an area where they have helped maintain city flowerbeds. The sign that read “Yield Sneakers Bacon” was removed after a woman, identifying herself as a Muslim, posted in an online community forum, stating she was personally offended by the sign, according to a WPTZ News report (http://www.wptz.com/news/vermont-new-york/burlington/advertisement-removed-after-resident-expresses-offense/27693396?absolute=true#!bIUCMe). WPTZ wrote that the woman who complained online called the sign “insensitive to those who do not consume pork.”

Saturday morning the restaurant posted to Facebook, “We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety(emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”

Restaurant owners told WPTZ that they attempted to contact the woman who posted the comment and proactively took the sign down.

A restaurant representative was not immediately available for comment.
