GRANTS PASS, Ore. (AP) - State Police arrested a naked man who was beating on cars and getting into fights at a Southern Oregon music festival that promoted the benefits of hemp.

Troopers went to the Jefferson State Hemp Expo in the Josephine County community of Provolt early Sunday found four men holding the naked man on the ground. Troopers took him into custody.

They said he kicked one of them several times and kept kicking in the back of the patrol car.

I don't know about the responsible citizen part, but I don't get a stoner banging on cars and acting nutso. Most stoners just want to stare at a TV or eat, or do both at the same time. This guy is far from being a model of what your typical stoner is like! Methinks this guy has more issues, and perhaps more swirling inside his body, than just weed!
