Let's just discuss ONE prescription I take.

Ok, let's backtrack prior to the ACA. We were thrilled, no changes necessary. Changes were "forced" onto my wife's company. Our premiums literally doubled. You would think that would be bad enough, and just hope for better coverage as a result.

One of my prescriptions I get in the mail, 4 times per year. Prior to these changes, my co-pay was about $90 per quarter, that's $360 per year.

The prescription comes in the mail with a receipt for $640 charged to my CC!!WTF!!!????

That's right, $640 for one prescription. That's over $2400 per year. And why? Because now they say that prescriptions "must" be on the same plan and meeting deductibles apply. Well, the deductibles are ridiculous and we haven't met them, even though a fortune has already been spent both in-network and out-network. So in all likelihood, that price will stand. And this medication has no generic alternative. So I'm either stuck paying it, stop taking it, or see if there is some alternative my doctor can prescribe. Or option D, look for insurance elsewhere. Fuck me.

I'm going to live in an old refrigerator box I have saved. Hopefully then I'll get all kinds of freebies and other crap, and free insurance to cover this!!

One of the major purposes of bambastard care is to punish those that actually work, that actually contribute to society.
Just your bad luck that you are foolishly in the group Jim.
That's just by "accident" Jim--no way did these enlightened(dem/lib/socialist) geniuses plan that..-Tyr

Jim. That is exactly what NANCY PELOSI was talking about when she reminded all of us

"We'll find out what's in the bill, after we vote for it!"

No doubt, guys! That few extra thousand is now going to support a small family of Mexicans that snuck into the country and now lives off the government, who takes from me and gives to them!!
