OK this shit just got real serious, Atlanta, hell that isn't that far. Seems like they ought to stop moving these people around and isolate right where they are found.

A patient with the deadly Ebola virus will arrive at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta for treatment "within the next several days," according to a statement from the university.

There is no word yet on exactly when the patient will arrive, but it is expected that he or she will be treated in the hospital's wards that are specifically set up to treat highly infectious diseases.
The "hospital has a specially built isolation unit to treat patients exposed to certain serious infectious diseases," Misty Williams wrote in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://www.ajc.com/news/news/breaking-news/emory-healthcare-to-treat-ebola-patient/ngrtm/?ecmp=ajc_social_twitter_2014_sfp). "Set up in collaboration with the Atlanta-based U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the unit is physically separate from other patient areas and is one of only four such facilities in the country."

Apparently there are only four such isolation units, with 11 beds, in the entire country.

That's called "preparedness" by the CDC and govt.

This is why we should of shut all flights down and left it where it was, sorry to sound so cold but hell look at the mess that this may turn into, and after watching the mess this country has been in for the last 6 years I am sure we are in for another one.

Because that's what you do with such an infectious and very deadly disease as this--spread it across the nation!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

It is the best way to get a good epidemic started.. speed the spread....

Rahm's (Obama's former top cutthroat henchman) principle, never let a good crisis go to waste--even if you have to manufacture one..
Yet most Americans can not see past their own front yard and selfish desires IMHO..-Tyr
