View Full Version : Non-Citizens Are Voting

Could non-citizen voting be a problem in next week’s elections, and perhaps even swing some very close elections?

A new study by two Old Dominion University professors, based on survey data from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study, indicated that 6.4 percent of all non-citizens voted illegally in the 2008 presidential election, and 2.2 percent in the 2010 midterms. Given that 80 percent of non-citizens lean Democratic, they cite Al Franken ’s 312-vote win in the 2008 Minnesota U.S. Senate race as one likely tipped by non-citizen voting. As a senator, Franken cast the 60th vote needed to make Obamacare law.

North Carolina features one of the closest Senate races in the country this year, between Democratic incumbent Kay Hagan and Republican Thom Tillis. So what guerrilla filmmaker James O’Keefe, the man who has uncovered voter irregularities in states ranging from Colorado to New Hampshire, has learned in North Carolina is disturbing. This month, North Carolina officials found at least 145 illegal aliens, still in the country thanks to the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, registered to vote. Hundreds of other non-citizens may be on the rolls.

A voter-registration card is routinely issued without any identification check, and undocumented workers can use it for many purposes, including obtaining a driver’s license and qualifying for a job. And if a non-citizen has a voter-registration card, there are plenty of campaign operatives who will encourage him or her to vote illegally.

O’Keefe had a Brazilian-born immigrant investigator pose as someone who wanted to vote but was not a citizen. Greg Amick, the campaign manager for the Democrat running for sheriff in Mecklenburg County (Charlotte), was only too happy to help.

I don't see how it happens. I've never been to a polling place where they don't enforce the laws.
Where my sister votes in East Los Angeles, they ask for ID, even though it's not required.

You don't see how it happens? Did you watch the video, read the story? It clearly explains it. These illegals wrongly got voter registrations. Without appropriate ID being needed, all they need to provide at the polls is there voter registration cards. They do that, and a non-citizen illegal just cast their vote.

I believe incidents like shown in the video are strictly an anomaly.

Maybe so, but apparently 150 or so got them. There are always elections that are decided in low numbers. I think appropriate picture ID's would help prevent this, as would NOT giving out drivers licenses and other privileges to people until they are here legally. OR if that can't be done, give them a different color license making it clear that they cannot vote with said ID.

`Voter fraud in all aspects is common practice with the Left...many folks have seen it on the news...videos...and have read about it....I believe there were threads/posts here about it...

I have lived in the same house for 20 years. I still get voter mailings for the previous owners. One of which is deceased and their son also gets mailings here. I have contacted them to give them the info, but I still get the mailings. I have often wondered if people are voting under those names here. And also in Arizona where they now reside.

What do we do about this?

I should hang out at the polls that day, and take my camera. They do ask for ID and check your signature when we vote here

gabby only hears, and see's what she wants to hear, and see. According to her. Living her sheltered, liberal, la la land existence in Cali-Mex-afornia. Democrats can do no wrong. Not even when the proof is shoved under their noses.

But...the fraud in voting may just backfire for the Liberal, Acorn type Democrats when they learn how the Illegal's...authorized by Jerry Brown to vote without an ID, also believe Obama is as crooked as the holes in the Border Fence they climbed through to get here for all the FREE STUFF gabby and her dumb friends want to pay for...but their LAWNS, and GARDENS look great.

The argument that requiring a photo ID is an infringement on peoples's rights is full oh holes

1. If healthcare is a right (at least according to Democrats) and the (un) Affordable Care Act now requires everyone who visits a doctor's office
to show photo ID... Isn't that an infringement of people's rights?

2. I know of people who don't drive and don't have jobs who have made the trip to theDMV and received a photo ID. It's not hard to do

I love this!!! :clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

I honestly had not thought of that. I wasn't even aware they had to show the photo ID when utilizing the AHA. Where is Truthmatters when you need her pathetic little self? So it's ok to for it to be necessary to have ID for a doctor, but NOT necessary to putting the president in office. And you would need ID to do so while you are drunk, which is what a lot of liberals likely did.

Vast majority of voter fraud is in the dem favor. They object to fair and legal voting because they are dishonest and unscrupulous scum for the most part.
And allied with socialists ,marxists, communists, atheists, criminals, degenerates , muslims , gays , fem Nazi's , liberals, illegals and blacks..
That list speaks for itself IMHO.... --Tyr

^^^ Can you link is to the millions of black folks now complaining about having to show ID for the new AHA? Surely they are up in arms over this, no? And if folks didn't have ID as many stated, what are they now providing at doctor's offices? It's a bunch of hooey and I know it and you know it too. But I guess posting cartoons around the board, which you used to complain about, is easier than acknowledging the obvious.

You gotta love O'Keefe and the way he constantly exposes the Democrats and their stupidity, corruption and illegal activities. Ergo, why they hate him.

I believe incidents like shown in the video are strictly an anomaly.

An "anomaly" that disenfranchises LEGAL citizens' votes and cancels out those voters that are legally qualified to vote. Even one is too damned many.

That, plus....most of them are Catholics, by birth (if not by lifestyle)....and would normally be against abortion, the main plank issue of leftist Democrats. That could also come back to bite them in the future.
