from the lamestream media. I guess they just don't wanna talk about it.

But considering how they blanket the media outlets with crap 24/7 if or when it's something positive for Democrats or negative against a Republican....

it just continues to show how blatantly biased and pro-leftist they are.

The pertinent statement here is this, which about sums their usual non-coverage up if or when it concerns something that does not further their leftist agenda. Pravda had nothing on the current US mainstream media "journalism".

"The only obvious answer is they're not going well for the Democrats, therefore they're not newsworthy," he said.

Media Watchdog: ABC, CBS, NBC Take a Powder on Midterms

The mainstream media is "trying not to cover the midterms," in light of the recent news that some major media outlets are virtually ignoring the midterm elections, says Newsbusters executive editor and Media Research Center official Tim Graham.

The Media Research Center released a study (http://newsbusters.org/blogs/kyle-drennen/2014/10/22/tv-news-blacks-out-years-bad-election-news-democrats) on Oct. 22 comparing coverage of the 2006 midterms, when Democrats made significant gains, to the 2014 midterms, in which Republicans are expected to make significant gains, and found from Sept. 1 through Oct. 20, the "CBS Evening News," "NBC Nightly News," and "ABC's World News" aired only 25 midterm stories total, compared to 159 midterm stories leading up to the election in 2006.

"ABC's World News, in particular, we had found that from June 11 forward into Oct. 20, they had not done a report on the midterms," Graham told J.D. Hayworth and Miranda Khan on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV (http://www.newsmaxtv.com/).

The midterm election was the lead story in every news source in the country. Perhaps you need to pay closer attention.

Yeah, I didn't notice a lack of attention either. Fox, MSNBC, CNN all ran with it.
Reddit was plastered with news links regarding it.
HuffPo, Slate, Salon, Mother Jones, etc already started the blame game, pointing the finger at:

Lack of Millenial voter turnout
Voter suppression vis-a-vis Voter ID
Voter Fraud
And last but not least: crusty old white people that refuse to stay away from the polls :p

Just tends to prove how everything we have been saying about the LAME STREAM MEDIA, and alphabet networks can't handle being confronted with HONESTY, and TRUTH.

They must all be in such Miserable Pain. Talking about something they DENY ever took place is just....Typically STUPID.

The Alphas I suppose, decided that minimizing coverage of the midterm elections would hurt the GOP candidates, by denying them air time. Of course they by law cannot pick and choose, if they cover Dem candidates they have to give equal time to the opponents, for example. So they decided to just simply, mostly ignore this election.

Then after the election, they lament the "low turnout!" You just can't make this shit up!

If the vote was "suppressed" they need only look at their own idiot selves, to see how it happened!

Of COURSE they all led with the election results, that's not what this thread is about at all. It's about the coverage leading up to the election. The Alphas were mostly mum on it compared to 2006, it's just a fact.

Soo....you didn't bother to read the article.

I am, quite frankly, shocked.

Dems never wonder why they listen to idiots. They don't realize that they ARE idiots. Ergo, why Dems never ever wonder why they lose (because they listen to idiots)....

because in the "mind" of the average lib/leftie Dem....they didn't lose. Democrat Denial....not just a river in Egypt.

Exactly. 159 stories by media in the run up to the 2006 midterm election vs. merely 25 stories in this year's midterm election. It's pretty obvious and telling what the leftist media was trying to do. It didn't work and, as you pointed out, backfired on their stupid @ss....lol! Good thing most Amercans aren't AS stupid as the left thinks or was hoping they would be, eh?
