As a huge music fan who takes her listening seriously, it greatly saddens me that THIS is the most watched video on youtube.
Yes, friends, this is the level that pop music has descended to. I grieve for the current generation. :(

I have to wonder why "feminists" are not calling for that video to be pulled and apologies-issued? Talk about objectifying and degrading to women!

Oh! That's RIGHT!!! Today's progressive feminists are hypocritical sexist assholes.

Hmmm...google translator isn't working. Since I couldn't understand the words I hesitate to criticize ... who knows, there may have been some really deep philosophical insights in that piece....

The video is from China, not Japan.

The video is the latest of a line of nonsensical songs that try to more bizarre than the last. This one consists of a woman singing in Mandarin: ”Mother Hen, Mother Hen,” “Little Chick, Little Chick,” “Rooster, Rooster” and “Who stole my chicken feed?” The hook of the song is a series of clucking and squawking noises.

The comments to the video will give you a clue. It's just about chickens, that's all. You must also consider the filter the Chinese Communists put on their people. This is apparently something that makes it past the censors.

concerning commie Censorship.
This "song" was sung by this guy without words in the USSR because the Soviet censors didn't like the political content.
But the for some reason the show had to go on.

Interesting that you would say that. I read a story a couple of years ago about Chinese in their teens/20s using ordinary words as slang for forbidden topics to get past the censors.

'Oh no, i'm in the future and I don't like it one bit' - A short story by old people.

Don't worry gabby, i'm sure when you were young and some silly song was top of the pops your old people were fearing for your generation...

I stopped watching after about 15 seconds. Nothing about the music or the lyrics was entertaining, educational or even pleasing.
Had the women been prettier, sexier and at last had some talent maybe Id watched all of it but doubt even that. -Tyr
