Hillary says America should ‘empathize’ with its enemies

Hillary Clinton is taking heat for saying America should “empathize” and show “respect” for its enemies.


The former secretary of State, who is considered a likely 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, made the remarks during a speech Wednesday at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.


Touting an approach she calls “smart power,” Clinton urged America to use “every possible tool and partner” to advance peace.


This, she said, includes “leaving no one on the sidelines, showing respect even for one’s enemies, trying to understand and insofar as psychologically possible, empathize with their perspective and point of view.”


At a time when the U.S. military is launching airstrikes against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, some called the comments out of place.

Looks like Hilary stepped in ti and even her aides are pretty silent on her latest gaffe

I suspect many Dems are seriously thinking of getting into the race as they see a badly wounded and bleeding Hillary stumbling along the talk circuit

I believe she wants change in the 21st century no doubt, and there we go with that word CHANGE again, yes Hillary would love to keep us on this down slide that Obama had started. Anybody with a brain remembers the infamous meeting with Hillary and Obama when they sorted out who would run next and yes my belief is in that meeting a deal was reached where as you back me the next 8 and I will set the stage for you to finish things.

But under Obama we have now racked up more then $18 trillion in debt. Granted some of that debt was added by Republicans, but Obama has out done all the previous Presidents combined

And his base voters are the ones bearing the brunt of his economic "recovery" perhaps a majority of voters will want more then "free" stuff

The more you 'empathise' with the enemy, the more you sap your willingness or determination to fight it.

For this reason, I consider Clinton's latest rot - if not as a manifestation of insanity - as proof of traitorous intent.

Can you impeach a Presidential candidate before it has any chance of becoming one ? If not ... this may need to be revised ....
