If you don't know what anti-intellectualism is, look it up.

*Aint that a fact....Americans see it Daily with propaganda...and `re-written` "History" in our schools....Liberal educators vs Capitalism should come as no surprise...

{`Four decades removed from the ~ "Dartmouth Conference" ~ many states and counties are elevating process and driving out standards for incompetent faculty and corrupt administrators. The conference’s legacy is a liberal agenda-centered educational policy that has led to our fundamentally flawed education system.`}

I'm surprised that this bothers you. It's your ideology that is more interested in demographics than quality. You're the one that measures how many women, minorities, underprivileged are on a team as opposed to how good the deliverables are. Anti-intellectualism rages in the corporate world. When you mix penny pinchers with the "diversity" crap, you have a recipe for disaster. It's infuriating to be expected to dumb down my deliverables so some "diversity hire" or offshore resource can understand it. What am I supposed to do, make the code difficult to maintain to accommodate people that do copy-and-paste programming by not using base/derived classes, generics, and encapsuled code? "Yep, the system crashes constantly, but we came in under budget and have a nice diverse team."
