`Update: Apartment Invasion Suspect Charged with Attempted Murder`

`UPDATE: The man who is suspected of forcing his way into two apartments before being shot by a resident last month has been charged with two counts of attempted murder.

Twain Noel Thomas, 54, was released from Portneuf Medical Center Sunday afternoon and was arrested by officers with the Pocatello Police Department. Thomas has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated battery, and two counts of burglary.

He is currently being held in the Bannock County Jail. `
