ISIS is looking for ransom in the form of 200 million, makes ya wonder if they are running low on money? They also killed 13 teenagers because they where watching a soccer game, now I don't care for soccer but to execute kids over it, they are just pure evil. The entire world needs to take this evil area over and annihilate these POS and then and only then give it back to the folks that truly want to live in peace.

Maybe they are running low on funds (though it'd surprise me if they were). But regardless, if ISIS get paid, they'll use the money to pay for the means to expand their terrorist capabilities. Even if these hostages are released after payment, ISIS will be newly empowered to inflict far worse than this on innocent lives.

Japan, and for that matter the world's powers, must surely understand this.

Only if 'playing along' allows ISIS scum to be tracked and captured or (preferably) killed, should any of this be superficially entertained. If it doesn't, ransom demands should be refused or ignored.

*Seriously.....Japan shouldn't pay a penny. Set's a bad precedent and they will most likely be targeted for kidnapping in the future.....$100 million will buy a lot of air-to-ground ordinance.....

BEFORE Obama took office, and apologized to everybody for our Terrible Nation. We had a standard
that withstood several presidential terms. "WE DID NOT MAKE DEALS WITH TERRORISTS".
