`Really is amazing how far / fast... we have come with these machines...Now...all it would take is for that special...rogue... "Chip" which would allow it to make decisions and have better learning capabilities .....`

"Chip" which would allow it to make decisions and have better learning capabilities .....`Read Kurtzweil's "The Singularity is Near" and you'll see the reason why tech is progressing at a exponential rate the curve of which is also exponential. The "chip" is here, in fact it is capable even of writing its own programs.
