That's a shame.

It's just a matter of time. The ridiculous part is that the dems & greenies object because it will release greenhouse gases in Canada's oil sands - gasp!

The only problem with that is that it's going to be extracted anyway, whether or not there's a pipeline. In fact, it would have reduced those planet-shattering gases because now it will be transported by rail - and those aren't solar powered or pulled by hippie-loving unicorns.

Idiots.

This will have severe consequences in 2016, but of course the knuckleheads are banking on everyone forgetting - and I'm sure we'll see a massive show of support for all those jobs and domestic fuel production right before the election. Didn't work for Landrieu in 2014, and it won't work in 2016.

Only if all the jobs promised are permanent and domestic fuel production benefits the American people and not just Big Oil.
