I'm NOT criticizing foreign workers, but the way their employment arrangement pressures them into being obedient robots. Pushback or criticism of a faulty process gets them sent back home. It also creates a mandatory yes-man culture for the non-foreign part of the team.
A popular visa program allegedly is being misused by U.S. companies to lay off thousands of American workers and replace them with foreign labor.
