What I find curious about this is that Atlantic Canada and Quebec are the poorest in North America (excluding Mexico). It also implies that people in New Hampshire and Massachusetts have more disposable income than Texas. If you compare NH to Dallas, I KNOW that's not the case. Dallas has comparable pay rates to Boston, but is way cheaper to live. Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or is Rhode Island the same color as Quebec?
