Everyone knows you have to shout 'Allahu Akbar' at a very minimum of FOUR times before dropping in your anti-infidel round.

These amateurs only shouted it 3 times, and you can see the catastrophic results.

The general consensus is that by not shouting the Magic Words 4 times, the weapon was not properly charged with enough islamic zeal to ensure a safe launch.
