They should not lower the standards just to be politically correct, people will get hurt and/or die because of it.

I remember when NJ lowered the standards to allow woman on the state police force, the first woman who graduated wound up in her car crying on the radio because the guy she had pulled over a guy that refused to listen to her and then walked towards her in a threatening way, this was years ago. I believe if the person can pass the test give them the job, not all woman can do what all the men can ( hell some men couldn't pass ) With that said lets face it there are woman that can do the job better than men can, I have a sister in law that I extremly proud of, she uses her mind not her muscle but I would put her up against any man in the job she does.
