Well of course he is putting America at risk, look at the prisoners he trades for deserter, most ( if not all ) of them are back to fighting. They wonder if Obama is putting the Country at risk to keep a campaign promise, Nope, Hec has he kept any others ? No, he just want's to put this Country in harms way, he wants to punish Americans.
