I presume (generically), not at you specifically, that letting someone die then spitting on their grave a few weeks later would indicate "winning" the conflict.

The way she was talking to him, I'm surprised he kept his cool as long as he did. What did she expect? For the guy to wave a magic wand and make it all better? EMS was dispatched at the beginning of the call. A 911 operator is NOT a paramedic. He's not authorized to give medical advice.
