Judge Slams Hillary and Huma, Orders Answers Judge Sullivan strikes again, demanding explanation for missing emails from Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills under penalty of perjury
By Sidney Powell | 08/01/15 12:56am

While Hillary Clinton’s lawyers are stalling Congress and “negotiating” the terms of her testimony before the Benghazi committee—an option not allowed to ordinary Americans like bankers, executives, or accountants— federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan has hit “Refrigerator Rule #6: Enough Is Enough.” Earlier this week, federal Judge Richard Leon lambasted the State Department lawyers for their stonewalling. Now Judge Sullivan has chiseled a line in concrete. He has given the State Department only a week—until August 7—to get some answers from Hillary Clinton, and her top aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills—under penalty of perjury.

Last night on NewsMax TV with Emmy-award winning host Ed Berliner, I noted that Judge Sullivan recently reopened the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Judicial Watch to obtain emails from Huma Abedin, the top Clinton aide who is married to infamous and disgraced former Congressman Anthony Wiener. Judge Sullivan reopened the case when he learned that Clinton and her staff used personal email accounts to conduct government business. This is a flagrant violation of the Federal Records Act and jeopardizes national security—prompting rapidly escalating concerns of countless ramifications internationally, nationally, and criminally.

Just hours ago, in that very case, Judge Sullivan entered a remarkable order, and he has given the State Department only a week to comply. Now the State Department must produce for the court’s docket its correspondence with and between Mrs. Clinton, Ms. Abedin, and Ms. Cheryl Mills regarding the government records in their possession; identify what servers, etc. the State Department has; require Ms. Clinton, Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills to state under oath whether they have produced all responsive materials; and, have Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills describe the extent to which they used Ms. Clinton’s server for government business.

The order reads:

Can thank Judicial Watch for getting this much done.

Man just imagine if she went to jail, Old Bill would be on the prowl, no woman would be safe.

Well hell I guess there isn't much truth in that, he doesn't worry about Hillary anyway, but I would love to see her or someone from the administration be brought to justice for what they have done.

Bill Clinton is still philandering, claims a new book on the Secret Service from Ronald Kessler–and his “blonde, busty mistress” treats agents better than Hillary Clinton ever did!

From Chris Stigall at CBS Philadelphia (http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2015/07/29/author-on-bill-clinton-he-has-a-blonde-busty-mistress/):
Author Ronald Kessler defends secret service agents and makes some sensational claims about former Presidents in his new book, The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of the Presidents.

He reports some very scandalous stories in the book, including allegations of former President Clinton carrying out liaisons with another women when his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, is not around.

“He has a blonde, busty mistress, and she’s been code named Energizer by agents. This is unofficially, but that is what they call her…She comes in to the Chappaqua [NY] home whenever Hillary leaves. The details coordinate to make sure they don’t cross paths. She, unlike Hillary, is very nice to the agents. She’ll bring cookies.”

Clinton's camp keeps saying that there isn't a 'criminal investigation.' I think time will tell:

Judge asked to seize Clinton email thumb driveBy Julian Hattem (http://thehill.com/author/julian-hattem) - 08/06/15 08:58 AM EDT

A federal judge is being asked to seize the thumb drive that holds copies of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private emails.

Conservative legal activist Larry Klayman on Wednesday filed a motion (https://www.scribd.com/doc/273715281/Filed-Motion-to-Have-Court-Take-Thumb-Drive) to have a judge take control of the thumb drive, which is being held by Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall, as part of his ongoing racketeering lawsuit against the Democratic presidential frontrunner.

“This court has a responsibility to preserve evidence and must do so to avoid its destruction,” Klayman wrote in the new motion. “Importantly, plaintiff has not requested to see the documents, hard and thumb drives at this time, but simply asked that this court take them into its custody for safekeeping.”

Klayman has claimed (http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/236893-clinton-hit-with-racketeering-lawsuit-over-emails) that Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act by deleting emails and covering up her communications to avoid responding to Freedom of Information Act requests. The missing emails would show how Clinton used waivers and sold her influence in exchange for donations to the Clintons’ foundation, he has alleged.

In his Wednesday filing, Klayman noted that the FBI has recently taken an interest in the thumb drive — a revelation earlier this week (http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/dem-primaries/250277-fbi-investigating-security-of-clintons-emails) that built on the scrutiny of Clinton’s email practices. Transparency advocates and critics of Clinton have been livid at her use of a personal email address on a private server throughout her term in office.

The FBI investigation is “most remarkable,” Klayman wrote in his filing.

He added that he “would have no objection with the court’s in sharing this documentation and hard and thumb drives with any U.S. government authority that wished to make a copy of them to further the interests of justice and pursuant to the FBI’s criminal investigation of Defendant Hillary Clinton.”

Gotta go to work, don't have time to 'really read' this:

BREAKING: Cheryl Mills To Destroy Emails About Boss Hillary Clinton By Sidney Powell | 08/07/15 8:36pm

In a letter sent to the U.S. State Department and just filed today with U.S. federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, the counsel for Cheryl Mills wrote: “Ms. Mills does not believe that she has paper copies of potential records in her possession. Following our production on August 10, 2015 [of the defense counsel’s version of the electronic records], we have instructed her to delete any and all electronic records in her possession.”
