What happened?

When this has happened before, it was usually due to Republicans holding the line against Democrat demands to increase the legally allowed debt ceiling. And the screaming was deafening.

This time, not a word.

Why not? What's happening?

What happened?

Same as last time, Treasury is moving money around.
