I have been with the consulting company long enough to get health benefits. Choosing a doctor with a Middle Eastern name means shorter waits and increased appointment availability.

Dream on Tf, I had a Doctor Hell I wont even try and spell his name ( shit no one can pronounce it so everyone just simply calls him Dr. K ) although I liked Dr. K ( and yes he came from the middle east) there was no shortage of patients in his waiting room, and even with his brother and 2 other Doc's on his staff you where looking at minimum, a 1 hour wait to be seen. So if you think a name is going to make the line shorter think again.

Can also mean becoming a target for a terrorist(muslim) in hiding..
This so-called doctor had grenades and guns buried in his backyard.
Our government gave special -preferred immigration status to the muslims immediately after 9/11 .

Randeep Mann petitions high court to hear bombing case

Arkansas News Bureau

LITTLE ROCK — A doctor sentenced to life in prison for his conviction in a 2009 bombing that injured the state Medical Board chief has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review his case.

The clerk of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis notified U.S. District Court in Little Rock on Thursday that Randeep Singh Mann had petitioned the nation’s highest court for a writ of certiorari, or a demand from an appellate court to a lower court for the record of a case.

Mann’s petition was dated June 13, about six weeks after he was sentenced to life in prison for the second time for his conviction in the 2009 bombing that critically wounded Dr. Trent Pierce, then-chairman of the Arkansas Medical Board.

Mann received the sentence May 1 at a hearing in federal court here that was ordered by the 8th Circuit. The appeals court ruled in December that Mann was entitled to a new sentencing hearing because of errors in his previous sentencing in February 2011.

The 8th Circuit found that a sentencing enhancement based on allegations that Mann ordered the assault of another inmate should not have been included in his sentence because the allegation had not been brought up in court. It also found that two of Mann’s convictions on weapons charges amounted to double jeopardy and said one of the convictions must be vacated.

At a May 1 hearing, which Mann did not attend, U.S. District Judge Brian Miller sentenced Mann to life in prison and 30 years on two bombing charges, 10 years on two weapons charges and 5 years on two obstruction charges. The judge said an order that Mann pay $100,000 in restitution would remain in effect.

Mann’s lawyer, Blake Hendrix, said after that hearing that his client maintains he is innocent and likely would forgo an appeal of his new sentence and instead would pursue an appeal of his conviction to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Hendrix did not immediately return a call to his office seeking comment Thursday.

Mann was convicted in the Feb. 4, 2009, blast that injured Pierce of West Memphis as he was getting into his car outside his home. Prosecutors said that Mann, a pain medication specialist who ran a private practice in Russellville, was upset over multiple investigations by the state Medical Board and comments by Pierce that he believed Mann was providing improper care to his patients.

Pierce, who lost an eye in the explosion, attended the May hearing but declined to testify and did not talk to reporters.

In July 2012, the 8th Circuit upheld the conviction of Mann’s wife, Sangeeta Mann, on obstruction charges. Sangeeta Mann was sentenced to one year in prison and fined $50,000.

Former Dr. Randeep Mann resentenced to life
7:05 PM, May 1, 2013

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A former Russellville doctor convicted of plotting a bombing that nearly killed the head of the Arkansas medical board has again been sentenced to life in prison.

Randeep Mann was resentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Brian Miller in Little Rock.

Mann was sentenced in 2009 to life in prison for a bombing that injured Dr. Trent Pierce outside his home in West Memphis. A federal appeals panel upheld Mann's convictions but ruled that the sentencing range was miscalculated because it shouldn't have included an allegation that he assaulted an inmate.

Mann - who was convicted of conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction - did not appear for the hearing.

Pierce did attend the hearing but declined an opportunity to speak to the court.

Dr Pierce is a great guy, a gentle soul and is my doctor.
So TF your comment struck a very, very deep chord with me!!!
You blindly defend these muslim scum while I research and expose them.
Which of us is helping and which is harming fellow Americans ????????????
To be forewarned is a blessing--you on the other hand preach appeasement, blindness and foolishness where the muslim scum are concerned.
Being a bought and paid for stooge is no way to go thru life IMHO..

Jeff, read my post--best beware using such doctors. I suspect many may be using fake credentials from their native countries to come here make a great life and yes some to wait for orders to bomb as commanded.
Seems in my post that Doctor Randeep Singh Mann , got his medical license suspended and decided to use one of his bombs for personal vengeance on Doctor Pierce! Pierce is my doctor..

TF seems to be in love with these ffing muslim SCUM.

I have a new one now ( a Black woman actually ) I didn't leave him because of his background ( like I said he was a good doc ) but hell I had to take my wife with me every time I went to see him so she could interpret what he said for me, I couldn't understand a word he said, that and the time I had to wait to be seen had me check out this lady Doc who I found I like very much.

Just think how awesome it would be in Syria. All of them will just love you to pieces.

I think moving there is a solid career move, and you'll have the most fun getting cuddled by all those friendly muslims.

I bet TF has new prayer rug bought just in case some muzzie company offers him the right mulla to rush on over to be with his friends, the people he seems to admire the living hell out of.
More money to him means getting ahead big time.!!! His problem would then be over there- How to actually keep his own head attached!-
I'd bet he'd get his gullible head chomped off the first week. --Tyr

~ "Islamic “culture” is root and branch antithetical to freedom. It requires submission not only of one’s physical body, but of one’s mind. Secular totalitarians who have bothered to examine the character and tenets of Islam see this and appreciate it.

One could say that our wannabe overseers are so jealous of the totalitarian nature of Islam that they wish it well, and are eager to ally itself with a system that ultimately must eradicate them, too, along with non-believers, recalcitrant infidels, and apostates.

It is a jealousy sired by envy, as well, of the thoroughness with which Islam converts individuals into obedient, selfless serfs in mind and body, something which liberal/left/Progressives have found difficult to achieve in their best Marxist and fascist indoctrination and propaganda efforts." ~
