Accepted ~ Justin Long(Dodgeball). Look's really funny.

I liked it OK. Justin Long's good, as is that fat kid whose name escapes me.

Alpha Dog ~ Bruce Willis, Sharon Stone, and Justin Timberlake. The movie based on Jessie James Hollywood.

This was pretty good. Timberlake was actually a surprisingly good actor! For a similar, but better-made (in my opinion) movie, you should check out Bully.

Because I said so ~ Diane Keaton, Mandy Moore(gorgeous) and Piper Perabo(also gorgeous).

Yeah, you've listed two of the only reasons I would ever consider watching this movie!

Black Snake Moan ~ Samuel L. Jackson, Christina Ricci and Justin Timberlake.

Looks very interesting, haven't seen it, though.

Blood and Chocolate ~ Unknowns.

This is a Spanish movie right? I've heard great things about it, but haven't seen it.

Dead Silence ~ Donnie Wahlberg ~ From the writers and producers of Saw.

With the puppets, right? Trailer looked freaky.

Employee of the Month ~ Jessica Simpson and Dax Shepard.

Dane Cook.... BAD!

Reno 911 Miami(The Movie) ~ Ive never seen any of the Reno 911 shows, is it like Police Academy? That's what it looked like thats why I bought it.

It's hilarious. It's sort of like Police Academy in the sense that they're all cops who are total eff-ups, but it's less cartoony. Sort of. Well, put it this way, P.A. had a cop who made funny noises with his mouth, Reno 911 has a cop who has a thing for underage Asian girls. It's funny, but definitely edgy material.

Standing Still ~ Lauren German(WOW) and James Van Der Beek. Looks really funny.

Dunno, but agreed on Lauren German.

Talladega Nights ~ Will Ferrell is usually great.

If you like Will Ferrell, you'll like this, it's his style all the way.

Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny ~ Jack Black. His las few movies have stunk, im hoping this one is different.

This was much better than I thought it would be. Jack Black is definitely doing "Jack Black" the whole time, if you know what I mean. Probably funnier if you're a big fan of old-school rock/metal.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Beginning ~ Anything like the first one?

I liked the first one okay, nowhere near the original, of course, but this one's really just more of the same. I'm really sick of the whole torture-porn genre. Plus, they make the victims draftdodgers and the murderers insane Republican maniacs, so that don't help.

I cant believe you know who Piper Perabo is! A lot of people don't. I just watched her movie where she gets married and then falls inlove with a woman from the wedding.

Dane Cook, who is that?

Dead Silence look's like it has puppets.

I also can't believe you know who Lauren German is! If you like her you need to get the movie A Mid Summer Night's Rave, she is one of the main characters and it is an awesome movie. It is a take off of the Shakesphere play A Mid Summer Nights Dream. I highly Reccommend this movie to everyone, here is a link to more information about it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0323248/
Lauren is also in the new Lions Gate movie Hostel 2.

As far as Blood and Chocolate this is a different Blood and Chocolate. It just came out on DVD last week. It is a Werewolf movie. Here's the rundown.

The story takes place in modern Bucharest and tells the tale of nineteen year old Vivian Gandillon, who has spent her life on the run from the truth... that she is a werewolf! When her affections for a visiting American artist threaten to expose her family's secret society, she must choose between her love for an outsider and betraying the secret vows of her family.

I have attached a few pics of the cover and still's from the movie.

Coyote Ugly is one of the worst movies I've seen 10,000 times, my friend.

Dane Cook, who is that?

He's a comedian who's hot with the college crowd right now. You'd probably recognize him if you saw him.

Lauren is also in the new Lions Gate movie Hostel 2.

Lauren was one of those girls in a Maxim about five years ago who was just some pretty chick who was an "aspiring actress" or model or something (aren't they all). I just remember being blown away at how pretty she was.

As for Hostel 2, I dunno, the first one was enough for me.

I forgot she was in Coyote Ugly, but it's been years since I watched it. :) She was also in Cheaper by the Dozen 1 and 2.

You definatly should pick up A Mid Summer Nights Rave, she is really hott in that movie. It's got a pretty good cast. Chris Owen from the American Pie movies and National Lampoons Dorm Daze 1 & 2, Andrew Keegan from 10 Things I Hate About You and Camp No Where, Jason London from Dazed and Confused and Out Cold, Kerri Lynn Pratt(frickin hott) and the nerdy guy from the first The Fast and The Furious. It's a must see!

Think of them as a comedy heavy metal band. I always thought they were making fun of how some bands take themselves so seriously.

Hey, if you can't tell, I'm sort of a Christmas freak and The Nativity Story, which you mentioned, has to be considered a Christmas movie going into the traditional Christian idea of how the celebration started. I'm not really into all of that and have my own ideas, but I did see the movie and felt that it could have been good. But it just sort of plodded along and wasn't what it could have been. Heck, the pageant they have at the Crystal Cathedral in Orange County, California, is much better done and spectacular than this telling of the story. So unless you're deeply religious, it just isn't a movie I recommend. Too bad, because I think it could have been far better and still tell the basic Biblical story.

Hey, doesn't that happen (albeit to a much less extent) with all of us? I have six boxed sets I bought for Halloween of last year...the Universal horror movies of the 30's-50's (The Frankenstein, Dracula, Wolfman, Mummy, Invisible Man and Creature From The Black Lagoon series) and haven't opened them up. I do watch them! I had over 1,200 movies that I didn't watch at first. I just like to have a variety to choose from as your not always in the mood to watch a certain type of movie. I have every type in that collection comedy, Horror, Documentaries(I love those), TV Shows, Action Adventure, Science Fiction, Drama, Chick Flicks, Cartoon's(Like Over The Hedge, Open Season and the Wild), Disney Movies etc.

I usually save my Horror Movies until Halloween and get a couple friends to come over and we have a Scary Movie night. I am dying though as I bought the New Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Zodiac, Hannibal Rising, The Hill's Have Eyes, Hostel and SAW two and three and I really am excited to watch them.

The Hills Have Eyes was actually pretty decent for what it was (people get lost, crazy locals kill them, etc.).

The new TCM is terrible, it's exactly the same as every other TCM only uninteresting.

Saw 2, meh. Saw 3, garbage.

Hey, the modern horror movie I recommend for October or anytime you want to see a great spoof is Slither. It bombed at the box office, but if you remember the drive-in horror movies of the 80's and thereabouts, you'll love this one which is an absolute spoof.

YES! I love Slither. It's today's response to Tremors or Critters.

It's a shame it did so poorly. It was much more of a representation of "grindhouse" style movies than Grindhouse was. The guy that wrote and directed that also wrote Scooby-Doo, believe it or not! He also wrote Dawn of the Dead, which makes more sense.

But, yeah, great, great movie.
